Mature fillet of beef grilled to perfection and served with a mélange of zucchini ribbons, spicy Spanish chaurico, and juicy black grapes and served with a nape of Schechuan pepper jus.

Mama Khaya's Chocolate Fondant
Warm chocolate fondant oozing delectable dark chocolate and finished with a parfait infused with cardaman, cinnamon, ginger and clove.
